1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Items must be in their original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Worn, washed, or used items
- Items without original tags
- Custom or personalized items
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our support team at support@aurapety.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Provide Details: Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Review: Our team will review your request and email you a prepaid return shipping label within 1–2 business days.

4. Return Shipping & Fees
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover 100% of return shipping at no cost to you.
- Customer Remorse: If you purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or you no longer want the item, we will still provide a prepaid return label. Returns are 100% free!
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fee.
Once your return is approved, a downloadable/printable return label will be sent to you via email.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@aurapety.com and include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
After review, we will arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: within 10 business days
- Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
