1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Items must be in their original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Returns requested after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Worn, washed, or used items
  • Items without original tags
  • Custom or personalized items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@aurapety.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Review: Our team will review your request and email you a prepaid return shipping label within 1–2 business days.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be processed.

4. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover 100% of return shipping at no cost to you.
  • Customer Remorse: If you purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or you no longer want the item, we will still provide a prepaid return label. Returns are 100% free!
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fee.

Once your return is approved, a downloadable/printable return label will be sent to you via email.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@aurapety.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

After review, we will arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: within 10 business days
  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
