Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Aurapety. Below are the terms and conditions that make up our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. In case of significant delays, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Time & Cost (United States Only)

We currently ship only within the United States

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 6–13 business days
  • Shipping Cost: $4.99
  • Shipping From: USA
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7–16 business days (Handling + Transit Time).

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) on business days will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). Once shipped, tracking information will be updated and emailed to you. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier's website.

4. Shipping Locations & Carriers

We currently ship to the United States only. We partner with trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

  • FedEx

  • UPS (United Parcel Service)

Note: Carrier selection depends on package size, weight, and destination.

5. Sales Tax:

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout, depending on the destination state, in accordance with local laws.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Aurapety is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at support@aurapety.com before the item is shipped.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Items

If your order is delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the estimated delivery date. We will work closely with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
